JOINT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE APWiMob, IoTaIS, and ICSigSys

The 2025 IEEE Joint International Conference APWiMob, IoTaIS, and ICSigSys; was successfully held on November 6-8, 2025, at Aston Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. The joint conference series included knowledge exchange through paper presentations, keynote addresses, and cultural engagement. This event combined three conferences that provided a space for researchers, professionals, and students from various engineering fields to exchange valuable knowledge and facilitate collaboration, particularly in the areas of wireless and mobile technology, Internet of Things and intelligent systems, as well as signal and system processing.

Organized by the IEEE Communication Society Indonesia Chapter and supported by Telkom University, this year’s joint conference demonstrated a commitment to bridging the lines between the academic and industry. The inclusion of one additional conference, ICSigSyS, from the previous year has increased not only the number of participants but also the Technical Program Committee from various countries

On this occasion, two keynote speakers from different countries opened the event with inspiring speeches. Dr. Steve Chan began the keynote session with a presentation on “Topic: A Large Concept Model-centric Approach for Enhancing AI Coherency”. The session was then continued by Prof. Dr. Andry Alamsyah, S.Si, M.Sc with a presentation on “The Transformative Role of Artificial Intelligence in Society and the Economy”, providing new knowledge about … Both keynote speakers provided new perspectives on the topics presented and started the event on a high standard for conference participants.

During the event, participants were involved in sessions that not only showcased their research but also actively engaged with debates and discussions related to wireless and mobile technologies, IoT and Intelligent Systems, and Signal Systems. These sessions were chaired by experienced professionals who facilitated knowledge exchange among global participants, both in person and online. 

Not only an academic event, this joint conference also became a cultural exchange event held through a Gala Dinner and One Day Tour. On the first night of the event, the Gala Dinner was held with dancers showcasing various dances. Participants not only enjoyed the performances but also actively joined the dance, creating an atmosphere rich in culture and appreciation for diversity. On the last day, participants took part in a one-day tour to three different places. They were given the opportunity to see the beauty of Bali through exploring historical places full of traditional elements. The tour started with a visit to a quiet and beautiful village and continued to places with buildings that witnessed the development of culture and the influence of foreign countries on it.

The organizing committee expressed their sincere gratitude to all who contributed, including TPC members and reviewers, keynote speakers, session chairs, and volunteers. Deep appreciation was also given to the IEEE Communication Society Indonesia Chapter and Telkom University for their support. By combining academic discussions with cultural exchanges, this year’s IEEE Joint Conference successfully held a meaningful international event. We thank all participants for helping to make this event a great success and look forward to their participation in future IEEE joint conferences to unite technology and culture in pursuit of collaboration that leads to more innovation.
